  • We will finish off the day with a night of amazing drinks at the Grand Tasting where everyone will be able to sample from 50+ participating vendors. We have gotten the best distilleries from around the country for our event. You won’t want to miss this!

3:00 - 4:00 PM : Brianna Savage - Cultural Educator, Cultural Educator “Go behind the blend, history, and production of your favorite Canadian whisky with Crown Royal Cultural Educator Briana Savage”

4:15 - 5:15 PM : Rachel Harb - General Manager, The Ingram Distillery “Maturation, Microclimates and the Mighty Mississippi : We follow the path of the water: its key role as an ingredient, an element of aging, and even bourbon’s river roots. On tap will be a blend of geekery, history and exploration including a not for sale experimental barrel as part of the tasting.”

5:30 - 6:30 PM : Eric Timmerman - Vice President-Sales, 15 Stars Distillery “Join 15 STARS Fine Aged Bourbon and explore new territory with the release of their new offerings, First West featuring the 15 STARS signature blending and flavor-proofing process, as well as their red, white and blue heirloom corn.”
